With over two decades of experience in benefits and HR, JewellWorks designs award-winning workplace health programs that drive results for businesses of all sizes and industries.

Founder Jennifer Elia is a workplace wellness expert with a passion for creating healthier, more intentional work environments. With a degree in Health and Psychology from Queen’s University and certifications in Workplace Wellness and HR, Jen’s unique background includes disability management, project management, and strategy with three of Canada’s largest and most innovative financial institutions: Canada Life, RBC Insurance, and Sun Life.

In 2008, Jennifer saw the growing shift toward preventive health and was excited to get involved in benefits and wellness product development, consulting, and sales. By 2014, she was leading a national organizational health team, helping clients improve health, performance, and employee engagement, earning awards along the way.

In 2021, Jennifer founded JewellWorks to answer the call for customized, agile wellness strategies in the wake of the pandemic. She now works directly with employers to design impactful wellness programs and guides health solution providers on navigating today’s complex benefits landscape.
