About Jennifer Elia
A recognized pioneer in workplace health and benefits, Jennifer leads the design and delivery of integrated, technology enabled, and data-driven employee health models for some of North America’s most progressive brands. She has influenced Canadian and global HR teams to adopt an agile approach to employee health and engagement strategies, leading to award-winning programs and improved performance.
JewellWorks is the culmination of Jennifer’s expertise and leadership skills, backed by nearly two decades of leading teams to thrive in times of significant change.
Jennifer is a vibrant strategist, speaker, and panelist. In 2020 she joined forces with Excellence Canada in the newly created position of VP, Future of Work where she supports organizations in their journey towards Excellence in Healthy Workplace® and Mental Health at Work®.
Jennifer has a degree in Health and Psychology from Queen’s University, a certificate in Workplace Health and Wellness from Centennial college, and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College. Jennifer has served as a Director of the Foundation Board at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences. She also served as the Interim Executive Director at Unsinkable, a mental health charity founded by Olympic Hero Silken Laumann, from 2021 to 2023.
Beyond reimagining work, leading change, and serving clients, Jennifer is a mental health advocate and nature enthusiast. She continues to work closely with Unsinkable as a Community Champion.

The Diamond is known for protecting against negative energies that come from stress and fear. It’s a precious gem that symbolizes the importance of relationships. Diamonds are formed from millions of crystallized carbon atoms that bond together to form a material that is unmatched in strength. Jewell builds forward momentum by harnessing the strength of human relationships and resilience.
We use blue to symbolize trustworthiness, confidence and compassion for others. Blue is calming during turbulent times.
Orange symbolizes strength, endurance, energy and creativity. Jewell also draws from the orange colour palette to represent friendliness and approachability.
